IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS WHO WILL PERFORM THEIR INTERNSHIP IN SUMMER SEMESTER

ITU Industrial Engineering Department internship process is managed through ITU 401 course created on ITU Ninova system. In order to be informed about the rules regarding the internship process, to follow necessary announcements and the general internship process, please contact the internship commission by e-mail and request to be added to ITU 401 course.

In addition to the ITU Internship Principles, the additional principles of ITU Industrial Engineering internship are summarized as follows:

  • Students have to do two internships: production and management.
  • They are required to do a total of 40 days of internship: 20 days in production and 20 days in management.
  • It is obligatory to complete the 3rd semester for production internship and the 5th semester for management internship.
  • An internship notebook or report can be submitted. If a report is to be submitted, students are required to answer the questions in the internship notebook.
